As part of the implementation of PAE-Measure 16, Group II, in charge of reviewing the procedural codes, met for another working session on December 16, 2022, in the Room of Building A, of the Supreme Court.
The meeting aimed at revising and approving the proposal for the Terms of Reference for the revision of the Civil, Labor, Fiscal, and Customs Procedure Codes, to be submitted for consideration and final approval by the Members of the SAJ on December 22, 2022.
The meeting was attended by the members of Group II, the Judge Counselor of the Administrative Court, Dr. Paulo Comoane, the General Director of the CFJJ, Elisa Samuel Boerekamp, the President of the Jurisdictional Council of the Bar Association, Dr. Carlos Martins, the IPAJ Public Defender, Dr. Elone Chichava, Financial Assistant of the CFJJ, Fernando Manhiça and was under the direction of the General Coordinator of the working group, the Venerable Juiz Conselheiro Jubilado, Dr. Joaquim Luís Madeira.
