The venerable president of the supreme court and the minister of economy and finance met today at the supreme court with the national coordinator of the executive coordination committee and the deputy coordinator of the cabinet of economic reforms and members of both institutions to discuss progress on measure 16 of the package of economic acceleration measures (PAE) that provides for actions to reform some elements of the justice administration system.
By reforming some elements of the justice administration system, the measure is promoting a better business legal environment.
In particular, the review and simplification of procedural legislation and the costs code is being carried out; the modernization of processes through technological solutions, the reinforcement and training of human resources in the sector, expanding training centers and hiring to respond to the challenge of accumulation of processes and expanding alternative means for resolving disputes.
