SENAMI and representatives of the PAE team are already working on the first significant update of the eVisa platform – part of measure 13.
Measure 13 provides for the review of the visa regime and includes the platform for requesting digital visas, launched on September 5th by His Excellency the President of the Republic.
The first update provides improvements that include the ability to pay online when ordering, eliminating the need to pay fees at the port of entry. Other improvements include more dynamic approaches to handling user complaints and better statistical sharing of data for platform improvement purposes.
