The Measure aims to stimulate the local production of goods purchased in scale by the State and presents a great opportunity in the Health sector since it encourages the national production of hospital consumption goods.
The Minister presented the global panorama of high-turnover products purchased in large quantities by his Ministry, with examples of the consumption of serums, cotton, and gloves, among others.
The ministry also highlighted that this measure can bring advantages in the harmonization of consumption and quantification of the most used products in the health sector, reducing on average the state expenses, and enhancing the improvement of the effectiveness of the health services.
