The PAE team had a meeting today with the representative of the United States Treasury about the status of the 20 PAE measures.
The US Treasury Representative praised the Government of Mozambique for its initiative in launching the 20 PAE measures without resulting from constraints imposed by partners. He also congratulated the PAE team for the achievements achieved so far with a focus on the e-visa (measure 13) and the allocation of 10% of revenues to provinces where natural resources are extracted.
