The PAE team held two working sessions today related to aspects of implementing digital solutions for measures 13 and 15
In the first session, attended by CEDSIF, MIC and INAGE, the aim was to assess the stage of preparations for the pilot launch of the electronic citizens counter (eBau). The platform is completed and should be presented to the advisory board of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce on March 16th, with the expectation of launching on March 20th in the locations selected for the test. CEDSIF assured that it can implement the electronic payment, which should be implemented on the same date.
In the second session, CEDSIF and the Treasury Directorate participated to work on the implementation of online payments on the electronic visa application platform, the eVisa. It was mentioned that the platform is ready and tested, having been delivered to the company that manages the platform for reconciling the systems, thus allowing the payment of fees online. The proposal for the Diploma introducing the online payment system was prepared and discussed with the technical committee of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
