PAE representatives met with the Attorney General’s Office and with members of the Administration of Justice (SAJ).
The meeting was chaired by the Venerable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Dr. Adelino Muchanga, and included the President of the Administrative Court, the Minister of Justice, Constitutional and Religious Affairs, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, the Mozambican Bar Association, the Attorney General of the Republic and members of the 8 Groups that make up Measure 16 – Reform of some elements of the system of administration of justice.
The purpose of the meeting was to analyze and approve the terms of reference for each working group.
The terms of reference were presented and discussed. Regarding the evaluation of the Terms of Reference, they were approved by the SAJ holders.
