As part of the ongoing implementation of measure 11 of the Package of economic acceleration measures, which provides for the improvement of the competitiveness of airports and logistics corridors in Mozambique, the Decree 70/2022 of 28 December was published, which amends paragraph 3 of the article 6 and Article 39 of the General Rules for Customs Clearance of Goods approved by Decree No. 9/2017 of April 6th.
The publication deals with the introduction of incentives for transshipment operations in the main ports and the increase in the competitiveness of tariffs applied by the main airports, ports and logistics corridors in Mozambique.
