The PAE team met today with the legal department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to discuss some of the main innovations in the revision of law 13/2023 of 25 August.
The law has 99 innovations, 11 of which are completely new while the rest reflect improvements to legal provisions. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security developed work to socialize and disseminate the law, which has already taken place in the city and province of Maputo, in addition to Gaza. The promotion is ongoing and will be held in Tete and Zambézia in the coming weeks.
