The team, made up of elements from the Tax Authority (AT), Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy (MIREME) and the National Institute of Mines (INAMI) has been monitoring data related to the export of mineral resources.
The measure, which aims to strengthen supervision of natural resource export operations, led to the implementation last August of a reference price bulletin for the sector and at the moment there is already data that identifies fiscal anomalies and is being used to combat under-invoicing.
