The PAE 7 Team met today at 9 am with the Private Sector and the Housing Development Fund, within the scope of measure 7.
This meeting is a follow-up to discussions held within this working group with a view to harmonizing the infrastructure plan and other aspects related to the measure.
The private sector and the FFH discussed related issues:
1. Consideration of the Momerando on Tax Incentives for Private Initiatives to Promote Housing within the scope of PAE7;
2- Consideration of the Draft Complementary Decree to the Land Law and its Regulation: Transfer of Improvements, Construction and Infrastructures;
3- Analysis Response of the Proposal ToR of the FFH, PF & Private Sector Business Plan: Area of 200 Ha of PP Q16 & Q17 Bairro Incassane, District of Katembe- Municipality of Maputo
